What an IV glow drip treats
A drip course is a systemic reset — antioxidant defence, melanin slowdown, collagen support. Best results when the concern is partly oxidative or pigment-driven. Not sure if it's yours? AI can tell you in 5 seconds.

“Three drips in and my colleagues started asking what I'd changed. By drip six the post-acne marks I'd hidden under foundation for years had genuinely faded. Felt clinical, calibrated — not a wellness gimmick.”
Hina — Glasgow

“Did the Enhanced course in the lead-up to my wedding. The glow on the day was actually visible in photos — even the photographer mentioned it. Worth the drive from Edinburgh.”
Megan — Edinburgh

“Sceptical at first — drips felt very 'wellness influencer'. The doctor walked me through the actual mechanism in ten minutes. Combined the course with my peel protocol and the result on sun damage was something creams alone hadn't managed in years.”
Ben — Glasgow

“Postpartum exhaustion plus skin that didn't bounce back. Six drips across two months — the skin was the surprise, the energy was the bonus. Felt looked-after, never rushed.”
Aileen — Falkirk

“Was offered IV drips elsewhere with no honesty about whether they'd help my skin tone or not. Here the protocol was actually built for darker skin — the brightening was even, no patchiness.”
Karim — Lanark

“Bridal preparation paced across four months — six drips, two peels in between. The team mapped the whole calendar so nothing collided with my fittings. Skin in the photos was the version of me I'd hoped to see.”
Iona — Paisley

Frequently asked
Most people start with the Skin Glow Drip — Glutathione + Vit C + B-Complex — as a 6-drip course over 6 weeks. Pre-event one-off? A single Enhanced Glow Drip 7–10 days out. Maintenance between courses? Glutathione Shots monthly. The free 10-minute consultation is where we match you correctly — we don't push the Enhanced tier on patients who don't need the higher dose.
Glutathione is the body's main intracellular antioxidant and it down-regulates tyrosinase — the enzyme that produces melanin. Oral glutathione has very poor bioavailability (under 10%); IV bypasses that entirely and delivers a full clinical dose to circulation within minutes. Across a 6-week course at appropriate doses, the evidence supports brighter overall tone, reduced melanin production, and improved oxidative defence. It is not a bleaching agent — it's a slowdown of pigment production.
Yes — when administered by a doctor in a clinical setting with proper screening. We take baseline bloods before the first drip, screen for G6PD deficiency (a contraindication for high-dose Vit C and gluta), and monitor throughout each infusion. The main side effects are mild — occasional bruising at the cannula site, transient garlic/sulphur taste during a glutathione push. We do not perform drips on patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who have certain renal conditions.
For the Skin Glow course: 6 drips, once per week for 6 weeks. Most patients see meaningful change by drip 3 and the full result settles around drip 5–6. After the course, maintenance is typically one drip every 6–8 weeks, or a monthly Glutathione Shot. For pre-event glow with no prior course: a single Enhanced drip 7–10 days out works.
Results typically hold for 3–6 months after a full course, provided you maintain good SPF, sleep, and don't add new sources of oxidative stress (smoking, heavy alcohol, unmanaged stress). A maintenance drip every 6–8 weeks extends results indefinitely. Without maintenance, the body's antioxidant reserves gradually return to baseline.
Yes — and many patients do. Glutathione + Vit C IV pairs particularly well with our peel and pigmentation protocols, because it addresses the systemic side of melanin regulation while the topical/in-clinic treatments address the existing pigment. We sequence them carefully — typically a drip the same week as a peel or laser session, not on the same day.
Yes. Glutathione is endogenous (your body produces it already) and IV delivery is skin-tone-agnostic. There's no PIH risk because no thermal energy or trauma is involved. Many of our drip patients are Fitzpatrick IV–VI specifically because the alternative — topical hydroquinone or aggressive laser — carries risks our protocol doesn't.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding (we won't perform drips). G6PD deficiency (a rare enzyme condition — high-dose Vit C is contraindicated; we screen for this before the first drip). Renal failure or severe kidney impairment. Active chemotherapy (gluta can interact with certain agents — we liaise with your oncologist). Certain rare metabolic conditions. We screen for all of these at the free consultation.
Arrival, brief check-in with the team, cannula sited (one small needle), then 30–45 minutes seated comfortably while the infusion runs. You can read, work on a laptop, or scroll your phone — nothing else is required of you. We monitor throughout. After the drip, the cannula is removed, you have a glass of water, and you're free to leave. No downtime.
Single Glutathione Shot: £50. Single Skin Glow Drip: £295. Enhanced Glow Drip: £395. Vitamin C 25g: £195. Course of 6 (typically over 6 weeks): saves 15–17% — Shot £255, Glow £1,475, Enhanced £1,975, Vit C 25g £975. The free 10-minute consultation includes a transparent breakdown. Klarna and split-payment available.
